Activate - the spirit of ‘each one teach one’ enables enormous growth in hip hop culture and related grassroots movements.
The 5 ELA brand was launched 2008 with the intent to bring Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice to the world. This would come to existence thru an all star who's who in hip hop production classic called "...Will Be Televised" (2009). With production from greats like Nick Speed (G Unit, 50 cent & Talib Kweli), Black Milk (Slum Village, Guilty Simpson & Royce 59), 9th Wonder (Little Brother, Jay Z & Mary J Blige) and the late J Dilla. Following tours with another Detroit great, Finale, Plus with the release of LL5E, 5 ELA & WORLD WIDE RIOT (2011) ep's 5 ELA would catch the attention of Canorous Records Vice President of A&R Brian "Champtown" Harmon. After securing a distribution deal with Canorous/Universal, 5 ELA has recorded the forth coming album "GLOBAL WARMING 2022".
